I’m honoured to start teaching English speaking yoga in Tashkent!
These Yoga classes are for those who want to bring more energy and brighter mood on a daily basis. As a Yoga teacher, I will work with you to teach you everything you need to know to feel confident in your yoga practice. We will improve strength, balance, and flexibility in a very gentle and pleasant way.
You do not have to be flexible to start! The classes are beginner friendly. If there is something you can’t do, there are lots of options to modify.
It’s recommeded to bring a yoga mat, but don’t worry if you don’t have one, there are mats to use in the studio.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that will allow you to move freely. Plan to practice without socks and shoes.
Come 5-10 minutes before class, to calm down, to prepare your body for practice.
I suggest that you should practice at least twice a week.
The classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 am to 12:00 am.
The location is Zen Studio, Shota Rustaveli 43.
